Tangshan Changdian Zhitou Automobile Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changdian Zhitou") was registered on August 12, 2022 in the China-Japan Industrial Park in Caofeidian Area of China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The company mainly engages in leasing and selling new energy heavy trucks to local customers.

The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Proton Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Proton Automobile"). Proton Automobile is a new energy and intelligent networked commercial vehicle company incubated by Shaanxi Automobile's "Dechuang Future" innovation platform. In response to the new formats and models presented in the market promotion and application of new energy commercial vehicles, Proton Automobile actively seeks change, guided by actual business needs, actively promotes localized operations, and has established Changdian Zhitou.

Changdian Zhitou has collaborated with Caofeidian Port to lease the new energy tractor independently developed by Proton Automobile, which is applied to the transportation of bulk goods from the dock to the steel plant's dedicated line.
