DECH FUTURE Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DECH FUTURE") was established in 2021 and is headquartered in the Academician Valley Exhibition Center of Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province. It is a joint venture founded by Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group Co., Ltd. together with the Management Council of Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area, and upstream and downstream enterprises and operation teams of the automobile industry chain, which aims to fully implement the important instruction of "new model, new format, new technology, new product", and the reform of state-owned enterprises in Shaanxi Province and the construction requirements of Qin Chuang Yuan Platform, an innovative platform company integrating all the elements of "government, industry, university, research, demand and finance".
