(hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Dechuang") is a joint-venture founded by Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group Co., Ltd. together with the Management Council of Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area, and upstream and downstream enterprises and operation teams of the automobile industry chain, which aims to fully implement the important instruction of "new model, new format, new technology, new product" given by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of the Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group Co., Ltd. on April 22, 2020, and the reform of state-owned enterprises in Shaanxi Province and the construction requirements of Qin Chuang Yuan Platform. It is the Shanghai headquarters of Dechuang Future Automobile Technology Co., Ltd, an innovative platform company integrating all the elements of "government, industry, university, research, demand and finance”.

Shanghai Dechuang was established in March 2022. The company focuses on the needs of four major scenarios of urban transportation, on-site operations, short-distance transportation and mobility, and mainly develops the core new energy products such as sanitation vehicles, vans, dumpers, dock vehicles and tractors with pure electric and hydrogen fuel as technology routes; it has completed the commercial application of autonomous driving technology, and has delivered products in batches on markets such as urban slag, urban sanitation, port logistics, and park commuting. At present, the company already has the capabilities of developing key new energy technologies such as vehicle control, electric drive assembly, vehicle charging system and fuel cell, masters core intelligent connection technologies such as automatic drive, intelligent cockpit, and cloud control platform, and has created the vehicle development platform for all series of new energy intelligent connected commercial vehicles.
